Agile Training Manifesto - What Makes an Agile Training?

For me, agile training is not just training agile Teams, ScrumMasters or Product Owners. Agile training is about applying agile practices, principles and values to training of people in the context of their daily work - training on-the-job. While many trainers use agile training practices like a training backlog, training in half day iterations and the like I've found few, who look at the values and principles behind that practices. This is my attempt to map the values of the Agile Manifesto onto agile training practices:

We are uncovering better ways of training on-the-job
by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:

Interaction among learners
over presentation techniques and tools

Achieving learning objectives
over comprehensive course materials

Collaboration with learners
over designing training curriculums

Responding to emergent learner needs
over following a fixed training schedule

That is, while there is value in the items on
the right, we value the items on the left more.
